Ready to take your fitness journey to the next level? Sign up for our $89 21-Day Transformation today. Sessions are led by certified personal trainers, Coach Katie and Coach Courtney, and includes easy-to-follow fitness and meal plans. We’ll be offering this program in a variety of ways to ensure your health and safety. Sign up for what makes you most comfortable—virtual or in-gym sessions. We’re also offering two different program options to better meet your needs.
Location: Anytime Fitness Greer with virtual options offered
Training Starts: Thursday, January 7th
Class Size: The in-gym training sessions are limited to 10 participants (for social distancing), so claim your spot asap! There is no limit on the virtual training option.
Cost: $89 – covers 12 total sessions plus additional benefits below. We also offer a virtual option for $59.

GET STARTED 21 Day Transformation
The GET STARTED 21 Day Transformation is a beginner friendly program focused on building proper form and nutritional habits. Exercises are tailored to each individuals fitness level with particular attention to form. Nutrition is discussed and habits are developed. If you’re new to fitness and nutrition and ready to gain healthy habits and lose pounds and inches, this program is for you!
Monday through Thursday
8:30 am to 9:00 am
5:30 pm to 6:00 pm
GET STRONG 21 Day Transformation
The GET STRONG 21 Day Transformation is an intermediate and advanced program for those ready to take their fitness up a notch. You will learn proper lifting form as well as macro habits so you can show off your new muscle! If you have some experience in the gym and are ready to find a routine that will make you strong and lean, this one is for you!
Monday through Thursday 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm*
*In person sessions full, virtual still available
12 Group Training Sessions
All sessions are led by our certified personal trainers, Katie or Courtney. Sessions are designed to burn calories and build strength in an energetic and fun environment. Katie will be leading the GET STARTED 21 Day Transformation and Courtney will be leading the GET STRONG 21 Day Transformation.

Meet your coach
Coach Katie – GET STARTED 21 Day Transformation
Katie is a ballerina turned Spartan athlete. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography then worked as a professional dancer, choreographer, and instructor. She went on to receive her personal training certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine. After retiring from dancing, Spartan obstacle course racing became her new passion. She is currently the only trainer in Greenville County with a Spartan SGX certification, a certification earned through Spartan.
When she’s not at the gym training, you can find her out hiking or relaxing at home with her husband and two dogs, Gatsby and Mumford.
Whether you’re training for your next (or first!) Spartan race, or just want to want feel stronger, lighter, and healthier, Katie is ready and excited to help you reach your goals!
Coach Courtney – Get strong 21 day transformation
Courtney has been in the health and fitness industry now for 13 years! She began with her Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and taught several classes a week to children ages 3 to 18. She then earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina University in 2014.
Upon graduation, she entered the gym management and fitness training industry and for the past 6 years, Courtney has trained herself in powerlifting, body building, yoga, spinning, HIIT, Macro Tracking, and more. She has also competed twice in bodybuilding shows earning 3 top spots, one being Overall Novice Bikini Champ.
Courtney is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer and is ready to assist you in your health and fitness goals!
Do I have to be a member of Anytime Fitness to sign up? Nope! You do not have to be a member of the gym to join the 21 Day Transformation.
When is the deadline to sign up? Classes begin January 7th, we recommend signing up prior to that date in order to not miss any sessions.
What if I miss a session? All workouts will be posted in the private Facebook group. So if you miss a workout because you’re out of town or sick, you can catch up at home or at the gym later.
