Getting started is simple. Schedule. a Wellness Jumpstart Call where we’ll talk about your goals and where you are now. If we are a good fit, we’ll talk about the next steps. If I’m not the right coach for you, you’ll still leave the call with 1-2 action steps to get started towards your goal.

Nope! You don’t need to go the gym in order to participate in training. Workouts are created to fit into your schedule, location, and equipment options. All of your workouts are delivered through the Katie Winn Fitness app – this means you are able to access them from anywhere, anytime and can complete them whenever your schedule allows.

The best part about this program is it adjusts to the time you have available. I recommend being confident you have 30-45 minutes available 2-3 times a week. You don’t have to know exactly when that time is (I help you find it), but you need to be willing and confident you can find it.

For those newer to exercise, we are able to plan your fitness program without any equipment. However as skill increases, I recommend obtaining a set of dumbbells, kettlebells, or bands.

Each exercise in your program will have photos, videos, and descriptions demonstrating and explaining how to perform it properly. You’ll be tasked with recording some of these exercises in the early weeks of training (or during out Zooms) and if at any point during your program you are unsure, you can record yourself for review.

Maybe, maybe not. Weird answer, right? That’s because I take a non diet approach with my clients. We focus on healthy habits, and the scale is going to do whatever it wants to do. Your clothes will likely fit better, you’ll definitely be feeling better physically, and your every day life will just be easier – which tbh, that sounds better than reaching a certain number on the scale anyways.

You are also welcome in this program! All workout programs are created with you in mind – if you are pregnant, postpartum, or trying to conceive, your workouts will be safe AND beneficial for whatever stage you are in.
